Managing High Blood Pressure - This class focuses on understanding and managing high blood pressure. It covers how changing a variety of dietary factors can help lower your blood pressure.  Topics covered include sodium, label reading and how other nutrition and activity modifications can help to control your blood pressure.  

 

 

This class aims to provide everyone with practical tips and strategies to reduce the risk of heart disease and lead a healthier life.  Classes are scheduled regularly or based on demand, so if you are interested, please register.  The classes are presented in-person, and are delivered by Registered Dietitians.
