The Healthy Habits Collective #2 10:00am - 11:30am

 

The Healthy Habits Collective is a six-week group-based program to help you achieve better health & wellness by building supportive nutrition and lifestyle habits through a non-diet, weight neutral framework. You'll learn how to fuel your body, build confidence with meal planning & grocery shopping, and improve your relationship with food.
